- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as intimate apparel, sale items, or gift cards, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description for specific return eligibility.
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Packing and Shipping: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with the product. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Shipping the Return: Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, Love Silk Closet will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the item to arrange for a return or exchange.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or any reason other than defect or error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refund Timeframe: The refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
